ORDINANCE NO. 86-566
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 427.06 PERTAINING
TO NON -CONFORMING USES AND NON -CONFORMING
STRUCTURES
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows:
That the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 427.06 be and the same is hereby
amended by additing the following provisions:
427.06 (10) A non -conforming use shall not be extended but an
addition to a permitted use shall not be deemed the
0 extension of a non -conforming use, if the addition
meets all other provisions of this ordinance.
(11) An existing non -conforming structure in which a
permitted use is conducted on a lot of sub -stand-
ard size may be improved if such improvement meets
all other provisions of this ordinance.

Hopkins held on and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council of said City_: on
