ORDINANCE NO: 86- 568
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL MAP
OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS
WHEREAS, Section 375 of the Code of the City of
Hopkins relates to official maps and the effect thereof and
establishing procedures in connection therewith and
including location, preparation and approval of such maps
and appeals thereunder, and
WHEREAS, Section 376 of the Code of the City of
Hopkins labels the 1972 Official Map of the City of Hopkins
in accordance with Minn. Statute 462.351 - 462.364, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 5,
1986 to consider an amendment of the map.
_® NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council
of the City of Hopkins as follows: That the City of Hopkins
does hereby amend the Official Map of the City of Hopkins,
which is labeled THE 1972 OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS NO. 72-369 and does hereby adopted as the Official
Map of the City of Hopkins the map which is labeled the 1986
OFFICIAL MAP OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS NO. 86-568, three copies
of which are on file in the office of the Hopkins City
Clerk, and which map is hereby adopted by reference with the
same force and effect as though said map was included herein
verbatim, and which map replaces the 1972 OFFICIAL MAP OF
THE CITY OF HOPKINS NO. 72-369,
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of
the City of Hopkins held on November 5, 1986, and finally
read, approved, adopted and ordered published at a regular
meeting of said Council of said City .on the 1 -8th "&""o-'
November, 1986.
