ORDINANCE 83 - 534
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF THE HOPKINS
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 427 PERTAINING TO LOTS
22, 23 AND 24; BLOCK 58 WEST MINNEAPOLIS.
follows: BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Hopkins as
Section 1. Change of Zoning Ordinance: That the present
zoning provisions pertaining to Lots 22, 23 and 24, Block 58, West
Minneapolis is hereby repealed and said premises are hereby changed
and rezoned as an addition to the "B" General Business District as
a B3 use district as defined under Section 427.28 of said zoning
ordinance.
Section 2. Change of Zoning Map: The Hopkins zoning map
hereby changed as above set forth.
First read at a regular City Council meeting of the City of
r�.)pkins, held on December 20, 1983, and finally read, approved,
adopted and ordered published at a regular meetng of said Council
on January 3, 1984.
