AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, January 17, 2012
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:15 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:
X Mayor Maxwell
x City Manager Mike Mornson
X Jason Gadd
x Cheryl Youakim
X Molly Cummins
x Kristi Halverson
Council member Halverson requested an update on the Klodt project.
Council member Cummings inquired about the Community Days of Service.
Council member Cummings inquired about the SWLRT committee.
Council member Cummings inquired about the laptop computer use policy. City Manager
Mornson will investigate to see if there is a policy in place for the laptops.
Council members Gadd, Youakim and Cummings will attend the Shady Oak Road meeting.
Council discussed the grocery store study.
City Manager Mornson provided the following update:
• The Hopkins school has a facility planning group. Kersten Elverum, Planning and
Economic Director will be attending some of the meetings representing the City of
Hopkins.
There being no further business Council member Halverson moved and Council Member
Youakim seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
9:45 p.m.
