AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, April 19, 2011
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:50 pm. Present were Mayor
Maxwell and Council Members Brausen, Halverson, Youakim, and Acting City
Manager Jim Genellie.
Mr. Genellie informed the City Council that the Public Works Department would be
handing out its annual safety awards on Thursday, April 21. Council Member
Brausen said that he could be there.
Mr. Genellie said that he would be getting information about open burning rules into
Comiections and the June Hopkins Highlights newsletter.
Mayor Maxwell announced that he would be missing the May 17 City Council
meeting due to his trip to the Ukraine. Council Member Brausen will chair that
meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
9:10 P.M.
