AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, May 15, 2012
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:45 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:
Mayor Maxwell City Manager Mike Mornson
Council Member Jason Gadd Council Member Cheryl Youakim —
Council Member Kristi Halverson Council Member Molly Cummings
Mayor Maxwell stated that the Memorial Day Service is May 28th and Council Member Jason
Gadd stated that he will attend on that date.
Mayor Maxwell stated that the Business Forum is September 2, 2012.
City Manager Mike Mornson gave the following updates.
The New Normal will take place on October 9th from 5:00 — 7:00 pm.
Dispatch update from meeting with the County Board today. It will be laid over until a
study is completed probably this summer.
Police have their first neighborhood meeting on Thursday at Oaks Park.
Mainstreet day is this Saturday, May 19th along with the Community Days of Service.
Renter's Engagement is the second event on May 24th, 2012 at 6:00 pm.
There being no further business Council member Cummings moved and Council Member Gadd
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 10:00 p.m.
