A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREP OF
ENGINEER'S REPORT ON IMPRO ME$TS
WHEREAS IT IS ORDERED BY THE Cit Council that consideration be
given to the installation of curb, gutt =r, driveways and street lighting
on Blake Road and the assessment of ben:fi property for or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to;M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs.
429.111, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Bk THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the proposed prbvement be referred to John
Strojan, City Engineer, for study and e is instructed to report with all
convenient speed advising the Council n a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvements are feasible an4 as to whether they should best
be made as proposed or in connection wthHome other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvements as 'ecpmmended.
Adopted by the City Council of they City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
