RESOLUTION NO. 78 -2651
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARTICIPATION IN
THE SUBURBAN HEALTH NURSING SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has entered into a joint and
cooperative agreement with other stourban ccaimunities, forming a joint
powers organization known as the Stburban Health Nursing Service, to meet
an urgent public need within the framework of current State Law, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally appoint representatives
• to the Board of said Service, and express a preference for a qualified
vendor.
NOW ARE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS RESOLVES:
that -
1. The Hopkins Director for the Suburban Health Nursing Service
for the calendar year 1978, shall be Mr. Frank Snyder. The
Alternate Director shall be Mr. William Craig.
2. The preferred vendor for nursing services shall continue to be
the Suburban Public Health Nursing Service, Inc., or its successor
organization, with the undmrstanding that services shall continue
at their current level.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at
a regular meting held the 7th day of February 1978.
