25, TOWNSHIP 117, RANGE LYING NORTHEASTERLY
OF THE CHICAGO, MILWA , ST. PAUL & PACIFIC
RAILROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED that the division of the West 841.5 feet of the South
one -half (S'), of the Southwest one - fourth (SW 1 4), of the Northwest one- fourth,
(NWT), of the North one -half (N') of Section 25, Township 117, Range 22, lying
Northwest (NW) of the Chicago, Milwaukee, t. Paul & Pacific Railroad, (presently
on the tax rolls as divided into Parcels 525 and 5250 of Plat 37025 (into the
following two (2) Parcels:

Northwest (hurter, Section 25, Township 117, Range 22 lying West of
a line drawn North parallel to the we{'t line of the Northwest Quarter
of said Section 25 from a point on e South line of said Northwest
Quarter distant 841.5 feet East along said South line fran the Southwest
corner of said Northwest Quarter exc =ipt that part thereof lying South-
easterly of the Northwesterly righ= • -way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul & Pacific Railroad Company (Said property being herein called
( "Parcel 'Itvo "); which lies Easterly of the Southerly extension of the

according to the recorded plat thereof (said part of Parcel 'Itao being
herein called "Tract A ");
Also that part of the North 150.00 feet of Parcel R o which lies Westerly
of the Southerly extension of the West line of Block 2, L. P. Crevier's
First Addition to West Minneapolis, according to the recorded plat there-
of, and Easterly of a line described I as follows:
IMO Beginning at the intersection of the 1+sTorth line of said !South One -Half
of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter with the Southerly
extension of the East line of Block 3 in said addition; thence South 8
degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds West (a suming the West line of the North-
west Quarter of said Section 25 has an assumed bearing of North), a
distance of 152.28 feet, to the South line of said North 150.00 feet,
and said line there terminating (said part of Parcel TWo being herein
called "Tract B ");
as the same appear upon the Survey, be and the same is hereby accepted
and approved and the platting requirements therefore be and the same are hereby
waived.
Passed and adopted by the Council Df e City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at
a regular meeting held the 7th day of Feb4ary 1978.
