A RESOLUTION ORDERING PPARATION OF
ENGINEER`S REPORT ON I ROVEMENTS
WHEREAS it is ordered by the City C that consideration be
given to the improvement of 6th Avenue Souh and 5th Street South by the
installation of curb and gutter, storm sew�r, watermain and street surfacing
thereon and the assessment of benefitting roperty for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant tc M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs.
429.111, as amended.
1111, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 1 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to John Strojan,
City Engineer, for study and he is instru to report with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whetter they should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvements as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
7th day of February, 1978.
