A RESOLUTION RECEIVING 'Dl'OR AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON I '1'0 MENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78 -2648 of the Council adopted January
3, 1978, a report has been prepared by John .trbjan, City Engineer, with reference
to Blake Road from Boyce to Highway No. 7 b th, installation of concrete curb, gutters,
driveways thereon and this report was receiv -d y the Council on March 7, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t e ity Council of Hopkins, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The Council will consider the i pr vement of such street in accordance
III with the report and the assessment of the foilo'ing described properties: (Parcel
6520) Commencing at a point in east line of of hwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter
distant 720.8 feet south from northeast corn-r hereof, thence west parallel with
north line of Northeast Quarter to a point i northeasterly line of Rubel and Goldman
Addition, thence southeasterly and easterly :log said northeasterly line to east line
of Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, t en.e north to beginning, except road;

Goldman Addition; Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, F. 'avages Interlachen Park for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111,
as amended, at an estimated total cost of the i rovement of $23,500 for curb and gutters,
$11,900 for driveways.
2. A public hearing shall be held in uch proposed improvement on the 2nd day
of May, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the Ci y Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M., and the
Clerk shall give published notice of such he.rir.g and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council of the City .f Hopkins, Minnesota, this 7th day of
March, 1978.
