RESOLUTION NO. 7: -2662 - A
RESOLUTION CONCERN'NG COUNTY
COURT FACILITY IN HOPKINS
WHEREAS, H.F. 2223 would compel he closing of the county court
facility in Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, it is convenient for H•I•kins residents and saves a
significant amount of tax money to have - periodic court session held in
Hopkins.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCII OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS RESOLVES:
1. H.F. 2223 should be amended o provide that the existing court
locations may be continued.
2. If the foregoing amendment i- not favorably considered, then
• this Council shall be considered in oppos'tion to the bill.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day .f March, 1978.
