A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT A DI CALLING
FOR HEARING ON IMPRO
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolut IN°. 78 -2662 of the Council adopted
February 21, 1978, a report has been prepa John Strojan, City Engineer,
with reference to the extension of sewers .nd on Blake Road North,
north of Cambridge Street and the installa of hydrants on Blake Road and
Excelsior Avenue thereon and this report w.s received by the Council on March 7,
1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL D 1Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
• MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. The Council will conside the improvement of such streets in
accordance with the report and the assessm-nt of the following described properties:
(Parcel 6520) Commencing at a point in eas 1Jine of Northwest Quarter of Northeast
Quarter distant 720.8 feet south from nor lea 0t corner thereof, thence west parallel
with north line of Northeast Quarter to a •oiht in northeasterly line of Rubel and
Goldman Addition, thence southeasterly an• ealsterly along said northeasterly line
to east line of Northwest Quarter of Nort ea8lt Quarter, thence north to beginning,
except road: (Parcel 6540) That part of e.stI600 feet of Northwest Quarter of
Northeast Quarter lying north of most northerly line of Registered Land Survey No.
561 and lying west of Rubel and Goldman A4dihion and lying south of a line described
• as beginning at the most northerly corner ofllsaid Rubel and Goldman Addition, thence

No. 1241 for all or a portion of the cos of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A.,
Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amend =d, nt an estimated total cost of $4,266.50
for sanitary sewer, $5,370.50 for waterm- in, $3,857.10 for hydrants.
2. A public hearing shall be lheld on such proposed improvement on
• the 2nd day of May, 1978 in the Council lh irbers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock
P.M., and the Clerk shall give published noh,ice of such hearing and improvement
as required by law.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows:

both of which Sections are contained i t� 1977 Code of Ordinances
of the City of Hopkins, are hereby rep:-.16 in their entirety.
