A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPA"TION OF
ENGINEER'S REPORT ON IMPRO MENTS
WHEREAS it is ordered by the City Co ncil that consideration be given
to the needed public improvements in Southw =st l industrial Area and the assess-
ment of benefitting property for all or a p.rtion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to S :cs'.j 429.111, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T E CFITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the proposed impro emants be referred to John Strojan,
City Engineer, for study and he is instruct-d to report with all convenient
• speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whether thay should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improveme t, and the estimated cost of the
improvements as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
7th day of March, 1978.
