RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPRO 2MEN AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Ci y Council No. 78 -2659 adopted the
21st day of February, 1978, fixed a date fir hearing on the proposed improve-
ment on the north side of County Road No. f west of the Chicago, Northwestern
R.R. R/W (Town Terrace Apartments) to new :xi ramp east of the Chicago, North-
.
wester R.R. R/W by the extension of waterm.in' thereon, the total estimated cost
thereof being $9,108.00 and,
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
• for the making of this improvement were gi eni ten days published notice of the
council hearing through two weekly publica ions of the required notice, and a
hearing was held and the property owners h•a thereon on the 21st day of March,
1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL D IllY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is heresy rdered as proposed in the Council
Resolution No. 78- 2659adopted February 21, 198.
2. That John Strojan, City nci neer, is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement and he shall pi# pare plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 424 OF 19►7 ODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS PERTAINING TO BONDING 0 D' RS IN MOTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of t e ity of Hopkins as follows:
THAT Section 424:08 Subd 7 be and is hereby repealed and there is
• hereby enacted in place thereof the foliowing as said Subd 7:
SUBD 7 The filing of a copy of y bond required by
and filed with the State of Minnes to as required by
M.S.A. 168:27 Subd 24.
THAT Section 424:28 of said Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed
and there is enacted in place thereof d e, following as Section 424:28:
424:28 BOND REQUIRED Each ..plication of a license pursuant
to this ordinance shall be accompanied by a copy of any bond posted or
filed by such applicant with the State ofllinnesota pursuant to M.S.A. 168:27
Subd 24 and 25.
