A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREP'RA ION
OF ENGINEER'S REPORT ON IMP•O ::MENTS
WHEREAS it is ordered by the City C•undl that consideration be given to
the construction of an access road located -ou h of Cambridge Street and west of
Blake Road North and the assessment of bene it ing property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to .S A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111,
as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T E ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to John Strojan, City Engineer,
1110 for study and he is instructed to report wi h all convenient speed advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether he proposed improvements are feasible
and as to whether they should best be made :s proposed or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost o tie improvements as recommended.
