RESOLUTION ORDERING I 'RO MENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLAN
WHEREAS A Resolution of the City Council No. 78 -2665 adopted the 7th
day of March, 1978, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement
of Blake Road from Boyce to Highway No 7 by the installation of concrete
curb and gutter and driveways thereon, they total estimated cost thereof
being $34,500.00 for curb and gutter a d $11,900.00 for driveways, and
WHEREAS all property owners whos: p operty is liable to be assessed
for the making of these improvements w :re given ten days publihsed notice of
• the council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice
and a hearing was held and the propert owners heard thereon on the 2nd
day of May, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Council of the City of Hopkins:
1. Such improvement is hereby o dered as proposed in the Council
Resolution No. 78 -2665 adopted March 7�h,'1978.
2. That John Strojan, City Engi��ee , is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement and he snail prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
