RESOLUTION ORDERING MP1tOVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolution of the City Council No. 78 -2644 adopted the 7th
day of March, 1978, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of
Blake Road North, north of Cambridge Str-et',by the extension of sewer and water -
main and the installation of hydrants on Blake Road and Excelsior Avenue thereon,
the total estimated cost thereof being $' for sanitary sewer, $5,370.50
for watermain and $3,857.10 for hydrants and
WHEREAS all property owners whos- property is liable to be assessed for
41/ the making of these improvements were gi en ten days published notice of the
council hearing through; two weekly publIcarons of the required notice, and a
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 2nd day of May,
1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the Council of the City of Hopkins:
1. Such improvements are hereby or4ered as proposed in the Council
Resolution No. 78 -2644 adopted March 7, 197.
2. That John Strojan, City Engi eer, is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement and he shall prepay- pans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
