of Hopkins, Minnesota, go .n ±ecord by conveying to the
City of Minnetonka that the City of Hopkins does not approve
the proposed location of a P-rkins Restaurant, or any similar
concept, in this strictly re icential area abutting said
411 property located in Minnetoni
