RESOLUTION WAIVING P ATING REQUIREMENTS TO
ALLOW DIVISION OF PROPERTY INTO TWO PARCELS
AT 228 TYLER AVENUE FORTH AND A 25 FOOT RIGHT -
OF -WAY EASEMENT ACRO'.S THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED that the d vision of Lot 5, and the north
28 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Ste ens Oakwood Park, into the following
two parcels:
Parcel A
The north 60 feet of Lot ., Block 1, Stevens Oakwood Park,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
Parcel B part
The north 28 feet of Lot ,, and that /of Lot 5, lying south
of the north 60 feet thereof, :lock 1,Stevens Oakwood Park, accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof;
as the same appear upon the Su vey, be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved and the .latting requirements therefore be
