A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREP'RA ION OF
ENGINEERS REPORT ON IMP'IVE NTS
WHEREAS a petition has bee re:ieved requesting the improvement
on Blake Road and Ashley Road abutt''g House No. 33 Blake Road South and

101 Blake Road South by the extensi•' of concrete curb and gutter thereon
and the assessment of benefitting p .petty for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to 1.S A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111,
as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
III OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the pro•ose improvement be referred to John
Strojan, City Engineer, for study a d e is instructed to report with all
convenient speed advising the Counc'l i a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvements are feasi.le and as to whether they should best
be made as proposed or in connectio with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvements .s ( recommended.
Adopted by the City Counci of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 16th day of May, 1978.
