RESOLUTION AUTHO'R'ING APPLICATION
FOR MHFA HOUSING REHABILITATION
GRANT FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Minnesota H.using Finance Agency, State of

Minnesota, has been authorized to ndertake a program to provide
grants of funds to property owners fox the purpose of housing
rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hop iris has developed an application
as an Administering Entity for th= Minnesota Housing Finance Agency
Home Improvement Grant Program; a d
. WHEREAS, the City of Hopkiris has demonstrated the ability
to perform the required activitie. of the Minnesota Housing Finance
Agency Home Improvement Grant Pro•rm:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT •4 SOLVED, that the City of Hopkins
is hereby authorized to make app ication to the Minnesota Housing
Finance Agency for a grant of fuidsjpursuant to the Home Improvement
Grant Program;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Hopkins is hereby
authorized as an entity to be c arced with the administration of
funds made available through th= Minnesota Housing Finance Agency
• Home Improvement Grant Program, injthe City of Hopkins.
