I A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ENGINEERS REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS
REAS, a petition has been received requesting the improvement
on the south si; e of Second Street South between Fifth and Sixth Avenue South
by the install I ion of 12 parking stalls thereon and the assessment of bene-
fitting propert for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A., Secs� 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended.
NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNES TA, that the proposed improvement be referred to John Strojan,
� City Engineer, r study and he is instructed to report with all convenient
speed advising � e Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements ar$ feasible and as to whether they should best be made as proposed
or in connectior� with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the
improvements asl, ecommended.
