RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
I PREPARATION OF PLAN5
WHE AS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78-2690 of the Council adopted
June6th, 1978, a eport has been prepared by John Strojan, City Engineer, with
reference to the 'mprovement of the south side of Second Street South between
Fifth and Sixth A enue South by the installation of 12 parking stalls thereon
and to be assess� to parts of Lots 19, 20 and 21, Block 2, West Minneapolis
and this report s received by the Council on June 6th, 1978 showing a total
cost of $1,587.00.
� NOW� TEHREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOT as follows:
1. uch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the report
prepared by John trojan, City Engineer.
2. hat John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the
engineer for thislimprovement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of suc improvement.
Adop ed by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
