' RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ENGINEERS REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS
REAS a petition has been received requesting the improvement
on 11, 29 nd 33 Blake Road South by the installation of concrete side-
walk five eet in width thereon and the assessment of benefitting property
for all o a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A.,
Secs. 429.; 11 to Secs. 429.111, as amended.
Nd , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, M NNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to John
• Strojan, ty Engineer, for study and he is instructed to report with all

convenien� speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the propos{ d improvements are feasible and as to whether they should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the
estimated ost of the improvements as recommended.
