RESOLUTION FOR APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL
STATE-AID FUNDS TO C.S.A.H. (No. 20) PROJECT.
I WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary
for the Clty of Hopkins to participate in the cost of a construc-
tion proj�ct located on C.S.A.H. No. 20 within the limits of said
municipal�ty, and
I�VHEREAS, said construction project has been approved
by the De�artment of Highways and identified in its records as
(S.A.P.) 1�Tb. 27-620-06.
• I OW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we d4 hereby appro-
priate frc��n our Municipal State-Aid Street Funds the sum of
$384,909.�� dollars to apply toward the construction of said project
and requesl� the Commissioner of Highways to approve this authoriza-
tion.
I �assed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins
at a regul� meeting held the 20th day of June, 1978.
