A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ENGINEERS REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS
WH REAS a petition has been recieved requesting the improvement
at 201-7th Street South Yay the installation of a curb cut thereon and
the assess ent of benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost
of the imp vement pursuant to M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111,
as amended�
NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to John
Strojan, Ci y Engineer, for study and he is instructed to report with all
• convenient peed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the propose improvements are feasible and as to whether they should best
be made as roposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated c st of the improvements as recommended.
