SOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHE I AS, pursuant to REsolution No. 78-2699 of the Council
adopted July�Sth, 1978, a report has been prepared by John Strojan,
City Enginee with reference to the improvement on Lot 31, Block 1,
Park Valley l econd Addition and Parcel 227, Section 25, Township 117,
Range 22, al o known as 201-7th Street South by the installation of
concrete cur cut thereon, and this report was recieved by the Council
on July 5th,l 1978 showing a total cost of $276.00.
NOW,I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of

Hopkins:
1. I uch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the report
prepared by� ohn Strojan, City Engineer.

2. � hat John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as
the enginee� for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and speci-
fications fb�r the making of such improvement.
