� TI ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
RESOLU ON
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHE AS, a Resolution of the City Council No. 78-2689 adopted the
6th day of une, 1978, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improve-
ment on Fif eenth Avenue South from Fifth Street South to a point approxi-
mately 750 eet south by the instllation of watermain, sanitary sewer, storm
sewer, curb and gutter, driveways and street construction thereon, the total
estimated c st thereof being $19,958.00 for watermain; $41,718.00 `for sanitary
sewer; $11, 66.00 �for storm sewer; $11,134.00�for concrete curb, gutters and
� driveways; 17,954.00�for street construction, and
i WHE AS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the mak ng of these improvements were given ten days published notice of
the council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice
and a heari g was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 18th
day of July 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution o. 78-2689 adopted June 6th, 1978.
2. That John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the
� Engineer fo these improvements and he shall prepare plans and specifications
� for the mak.'ng of such improvement.
