RESOT�, TION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDE NG PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSE5SMENTS
WHF� AS, certain improvements, all as more fully described in
Exhibit A. h reto attached and hereby made a part hereof have been pre-
viuosly ord� ed and completed:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HOPKINS,I� INNESOTA, as follows:
1. That the cost of each such improvement to be specially
assessed is, declared to be the cost or the amount to be assessed,
� whichever is�greater, which appears in said Exhibit A.
2•, That the City Clerk, with the assistance of City Engineer,
shall forthw�.th calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for each sual� improvement against every assessed piece or parcel of land
within the v�rious districts or locations affected without regard to
cash valuati,�n, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such
proposed ass�ssments in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the complet�Qn_�. of such proposed
assessments, the Council thereof.

lOth and llth Avenue North, north of Excelsior �venue
the total cost of the project being $6,475.32.
2. Project 6-15 - Concrete surfacing on the East-West and the North-South
alley between 15th and 16th Avenue North between Excelsior
Avenue and First Street North, the total cost of the
project being $12,971.77.
3. Project' 6-17 - Concrete surfacing on the North-South alley between
7th and 8th Avenue South from 7th Street to 8th Street

9. Unpaid water bill for Toni' Cleaning Center, 805 Excelsior
Avenue, the total amount being $183.90.
10. Project 77-02- Parking lot - CBD North - the total cost of the project
