� RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
ENGINEERS REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHF� AS, a petition has been received requesting the
improvement a 136 Blake Road North by the installation of sanitary
sewer and wat r service connections thereon and the assessment of benefitting
property for 11 or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
M.S.A., Secs.'429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MIN 50TA, that the proposed improvement be referred to John Strojan,
� City Engineer� for study and he is instructed to report with all convenient
speed advisinq the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvements ��re feasible and as to whether they should best be made as
proposed or ir� connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost
of the improv ents as recommended.
Adopt� d by the city Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
