RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHE AS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78-2707 of the Council
adopted July , 1978, a report has been prepared by John Strojan, City
Engineer, wit reference to the i.mprovement on that part of Lot 90,
Auditors 5ubd' ision No. 239 lying north and east of Registered Land
Survey No. 10$ , Section 19, Township 117, Ra.nge 21, also known as 136
Blake Road No h, by the installation of sanitary sewer and water service
connections th reon, and this report was received by the Council on July
18th, 1978, sh�wing a total cost of $3,025.00.
i NOW,�THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS:
1. I uch improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the report
prepared by J n Strojan, City Engineer.
2. hat John Strojan, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the
engineer for is improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications
for the makingj of such improvement.
