PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS a Resolutioa of the City Couacil, No. 72-2192, adopted the
6th day of J e, 1972, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement
of Lots 7. 8„ 9 and 10, Block 5, Uest tA.inneapolis (former eita af U.S. Yoat
Office) by a netruction of municipal parking lot thereon. the total eatimated
coet thereof �eing $97,428.00, and
WAER3.A$ all property owners whose propertq is liable to be aseessed for
the making of thie improvement were Aiven ten days publi�hed notice of the
council heari g through two weekly publications of the required notice. and a
