WHE S, it is deemed in the best interests of the City
to modify Resol' tion 77-2557,
NOW T EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
. That the site of the proposed public park for
the d wntown area shall be as follows:
Lots 11,12,23,24,25, the north 25 feet of
• Lot 13 and the north 25 feet of Lot 22, Block
5, West Minneapolis.
. Language in conflict with the above, passed with-
in Resolution 77-2557, is hereby repealed.
. The City Engineer is hereby directed to work
cooperately with the park designer to foster
unity of design in the adjacent public parking
I lot.
Passe and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins at
a regular meetin held the lst day of August 1978.
