A RE OLUTION APPROVING RECODR�IENDATION OF HOPKINS
FI DEPARTI�IENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION INC. .AS TO
AYMENT OF $8,462.96 TO RIC�-IARD E. MEDLEY
Wf� , the Hopkins Fire Department Relief Association, Inc.
has, by Resolu ion, authorized, approved, and ordered the payment of
the swn of $8, 62.96 from the fimds of the Hopkins Fire Department
Relief Associa ion, Inc. to Fireman, Richard E. Medley, because of injury
• and disability sustained by him while on duty as a Hopkins Fireman, and
WHE , said Fireman, by reason of such injury, has retired
and resigned f m the Hopkins Voltmteer Fire Department.
NOW, REFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Cotuicil of the
City of Hopkin that the Resolution previously adopted by the Hopkins
Fire Departmen Relief Assoeiation, Inc., be and the same is hereby
approved, and at said Hopkins Fire Department Relief Association, Inc.
is hereby auth ized to pay as settlement of any and all retirement
claims to the id Richard E. Medley, the swn of $8,462.96.
Pass and adopted by the City Cotmcil of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, at regular meeting held on the lst day of August, 1978.
