� Minnesota, e following resolution was moved and adopted:
j RESOLUTION NO. 78-2711
REAS, Plans for Hennepin County Project No. 6742 showing proposed
alignment, p ofiles, grades, and cross sections, together with specifications
and special rovisions for the construction of County State Aid Highway No. 18
within the 1'mits of the City as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and
presented to'the City, and
� WH AS, a construction cooperative agreement, Agreement No. PW29-01-78,
has been prep red and presented to the City.
� NOW THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED: That said plans, specifications and
special provi ions be in all things approved, and
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED: that said construction cooperative
agreement be n all things approved and authorize the City Mayor and Manager
to execute sa d agreement.
