09-18-2012 WSMINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, September 18, 2012
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:30 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x ity Manager Mike Morrison
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Kristi Halverson x -- Council Member Molly Cummings
Council member Jason Gadd stated that he will not be attending the Business Forum.
Council member Jason Gadd thanked everyone for being at the Yellow Ribbon meeting on
September 11, 2012.
Council member Cheryl Youakim stated that we received two million for Lite Rail and would
like talking points for the Depot.
City Manager Mike Mornson:
• Went over next steps for the county using the Wells Fargo building.
• Stated that a letter went out to residents on the landfill next steps.
• Stated that the city received an award from the Watershed District for the Community
Partnership Program.
There being no further business Council member Halverson moved and Council Member Gadd
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 10:00 p.m.
