RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO HENNEPIN COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND FOR FORMER PARK
NICOLLET/LUTHER DIGEST REDEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
approves the Former Park Nicollet / Luther Digest Redevelopment project, for which an
Environmental Response Fund grant application is being submitted to the Hennepin
County Department of Environmental Services on November 1, 2012, by the city of
Hopkins.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council on November 7, 2012.
