AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, November 7, 2012
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:00 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x City Manager Mike Mornson
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Kristi Halverson x Council Member Molly Cummings
Council member Jason Gadd will be attending a SWLRT work shop
Council member Jason Gadd talked about 2018 — City of Hopkins 125 years.
Council member Kristi Halverson discussed "Girls on the Town"
City Manager:
• Went over Oaks Park next meeting for lift station discussion.
• Reminded Council of MarketPlace and Main open house on November 15, 2012.
• Discussed the "Employee Recognition Program" on November 14, 2012.
• Stated that Hera Ahmad will be recognized at a future meeting.
• Stated that the Nine Mile Creek update as well as a board member will be recognized at a future
meeting.
• Stated that the clock tower will be decorated on Thursday.
• Stated that "Think Hopkins" will be coming up with pictures of Hopkins from previous winners
of the photo contest.
There being no further business Council member Halverson moved and Council Member Cummings
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:15 p.m.
