RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO LEGISLATIVE
POLICY #8D — SOLID WASTE COLLECTION PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the City provides a variety of solid waste collection programs for the
public's use, and
WHEREAS, some of these programs and associated procedures have changed over
the past several years: to reflect industry standards, to improve customer convenience, in
response to recycling markets and our recycling collection contract, and for budgetary
reasons, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota that Legislative Policy #81) — Solid Waste Collection Procedures is
hereby amended to reflect current practice and evolved program changes.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 18th day of December 2012.
