AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, December 4th, 2012
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:50 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x City Manager Mike Morrison
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Kristi Halverson x Council Member Molly Cummings
Council member Gadd stated that there will be a SWLRT meeting on Wednesday to unveil station
planning.
Council member Cummings will be looking for applications for youth awards.
Council member Youakim stated that she will not be able to attend the SWLRT meeting this week
City Manager Mike Morrison stated the following:
• There will be a second amendment to Blake and 7`h on December 18'h meeting to hold us
harmless on any contamination on all MNDOT parcel.
• Letters went out to property owners on the Shady Oak Road project from Hennepin County
to start the purchase process.
• Will have come to an agreement to purchase the final duplex on Cottageville Park, will have
approval at December 181h City Council meeting.
• Will present a resolution to change interest rate on assessment rate to two points above the
borrowing rate of the city.
• Charitable gambling will be discussed at a January work session.
There being no further business Council member Youakim moved and Council Member Cummings
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:15 p.m.
