AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, January 8th, 2013
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:

x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Kristi Halverson x Council Member Molly Cummings
Council member Jason Gadd talked about Jaycees helping fund a speaker system for the
Downtown Park.
Council member Jason Gadd stated that the Yellow Ribbon is Thursday, January 31 Sc
Council member Molly Cummings stated that she will be attending the Ehlers seminar with
council member Jason Gadd.
Council member Cheryl Youakim inquired about putting together a calendar for street projects
for future dates. She would like Public Works to look into it.
Mayor Maxwell handed out memo on Citizen Advisory Board for the County.
City Manager Mike Mornson gave the following updates:
• Artery meeting is this Saturday at 10:00 am.
• Ehlers seminar is Thursday, February 7t' and Friday, February 8th
• Stated that he reviewed the State of the City questions with council and the agenda for the
goal setting meeting.
There being no further business Council member Youakim moved and Council Member
Cummings seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at
8:35 p.m.
