RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
2011 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 2010-10
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 17, 2011,
Midwest Asphalt Corporation, has satisfactorily completed construction of the 2011 Street
and Utility Improvements Project, commonly known as City Project 2010-10, in accord-
ance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's
receipt in full.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 5t" day of February,
