RESOLUTION NO. 2013-012
RESOLUTION APPROVING I/I INFRASTRUCTURE
IMPROVEMENTS GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council is offering a 50% matching grant for I/I
Infrastructure Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City was has substantial I/I Infrastructure Improvements in the 2013
Street and Utility Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council as awarded a grant of $86,445 for the
improvements noted above;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to apply for this grant.
2. The form of agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute said agreement.
