03-05-2013 WS after CCMINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, March 5, 2013
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M.
Present at the meeting were:
x Mayor Maxwell x ity Manager Mike Mornson
x Council Member Jason Gadd x Council Member Cheryl Youakim
x Council Member Kristi Halverson x Council Member Molly Cummings
Council member Molly Cummings stated that the Caring Youth Award night is scheduled for
March 21, 2013.
Mayor Maxwell asked if we should look at how we are plowing in the city and evaluate it to
determine if we are doing it the correct way. Steve Stadler will look into that and report back.
City Manager Mike Mornson gave the following updates:
• Discussed the process for seeking a new tenant for the pavilion.
• Talked about new fagade for 291h and 91h building for April Council Meeting.
• Mentioned the Citizens Academy and Raspberry Rental for this year.
There being no further business Council member Youakim moved to adjourn the meeting and
Council member Cummings seconded the motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by
unanimous consent at 9:00 p.m.
