RESOLUTION NO: 13-10
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
THE VACATION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, an application for Vacation VAC13-1 has been made by Klodt
Development LLC;
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a vacation of the alley was made by Klodt Development
LLC on January 3, 2013;
2. That the City Council published notice, held a public hearing on the application
and reviewed such application on February 19, 2013: all persons present were
given an opportunity to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and
4. Legal descriptions of the easement to be vacated is as follows:
The easterly 10 feet of Lots 22, 23 and 24, Block 4 West Minneapolis
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for vacation VAC 13-1 is
hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the above-described easement is not needed for a public purpose.
