RESOLUTION NO. 2013-026
RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE AND USE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins owns public alley right of way south of 1" Street South
between Blake School and Harrison Avenue South; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 105 Harrison Avenue South has requested to use the public
alley right of way to access their property via a driveway; and
WHEREAS, a driveway is a proper use for public alley right of way; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 105 Harrison Avenue South has agreed to certain conditions
and stipulations on the facilities to be constructed and use of the right of way; and
WHEREAS, the owner of 105 Harrison Avenue South has agreed to pay for all
improvements in the right of way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby approves the License and Use Agreement as detailed and authorize the Mayor
and City Manager to execute said agreement.
