RESOLUTION NO: 2013-027
RESOLUTION APPROVING QUITCLAIM DEED
TO REDGREN PROPERTIES REGARDING
820 MAINSTREET AND 5 — 9TH AVE S PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, a certain perpetual easement over the entire properties at 820 Mainstreet
and 5 — 91" Ave S for installation of underground utilities was created and recorded in 1991,
and
WHEREAS, the easement over the properties is no longer needed by the City or
public utility companies, and
WHEREAS, an easement covering only the southerly 10' of these properties is being
retained for utility purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City conveys and quitclaims to
Redgren Properties the perpetual easement covering the above described properties except to
retain a perpetual easement for utility purposes covering the southerly 10 feet of said
properties.
