AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, June 18, 2013
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

Council Member Jason Gadd provided a Yellow Ribbon Update with up -coming events.
City Manager update:
• City Manager Mornson talked about changes to the newsletter and the newsletter extra
included with the July newsletter.
• City Manager Mornson stated he has been nominated to the league board of directors.
The association will vote this Thursday for a one year term, which may turn into a 4 year
term.
Public Works Director Stadler and Planning and Economic Development Director Elverum
provided updates on the Light Rail and development projects.
There being no further business Council member Gadd moved and Council Member Cummings
seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 8:30 pm
