RESOLUTION NO. 2013-038
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING
MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
325 BLAKE ROAD STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is proposing
regional collection and treatment of storm water to protect and enhance Minnehaha Creek,
and
WHEREAS, the MCWD needs the consent of the City to move forward with the
project; and
WHEREAS, the project enhances the community and environment in Hopkins;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota:
The Council supports the 325 Blake Road Storm Water Management Project as
detailed in the draft feasibility report.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 91h day of July, 2013.
